Call Analysis by Contact Closed Date

Call Analysis by Contact Closed Date gives you the ability to view how much work has been booked or lost from the Deferred Diary, during the date range selected. This report can also be drilled down by all the usual report functions. To use this feature simply select By Contact Closed Date from the left hand side in Call Analysis as shown below. The Call Analysis by Contact Due Date continues to measure the amount of work booked and lost, that was due for contact during the date range selected.
