This morning’s update brings the new ‘dashboard’ to group managers and car manufacturers. This console allows for quick access to key performance reports and also allows managers and manufacturers to manage car dealer details.
The dashboard also includes a new ‘Switch User’ feature, so that a manager can select a dealer operative and login in as them without knowing their logon credentials. This has the potential for a single group user to manage the Deferred Contact Diary for an entire group, perhaps at a call centre or head office.
