The EVHC system uses Apple iPod Touch devices to connect to the internet. Finding a reliable access point will remove any headache of wireless problems. We recommend the following access points as they are simple to set up, are very secure and work flawlessly with Autoconnect EVHC & Apple products.
Recommended Option 1)
If you are extending your existing internal network and have an Ethernet socket in your workshop, choose a DrayTek AP-700. Priced competitively at £70-£80. For more device details, click here. It is recommended that you disable the WPS service on this device.
Recommended Option 2)
If you have a dedicated broadband, DSL or ADSL connection coming into the workshop, choose a DrayTek 2820n. Approximately £180. For more device details, click here. It is recommended that you disable the WPS service on this device.
