Key Performance Indicator Report

To reach a target, it is always good to compare current statistics with past trends. The new Key Performance Indicator report, available to dealer and group management, makes this data available from the EVHC system.
Part of the idea of the report suite is to compile a list of commonly asked questions which can be answered quickly with live statistics when clicked.

Charts on the page show a breakdown of the past 6 months activity. Each individual plot on the graph shows a week of activity. The left side of the graph is the start of the report date, through to last week on the right-hand side of the chart.

Occasional breakdowns on the report show detailed answers to the questions posed on the KPI report. For example: it is good to know the value of work lost during the past 6 months, but the reasons breakdown will help find the root cause of the problem. Here they are intuitively split by category and ordered by highest value.

A drilldown for group managers has now been added so they can view the entire group and individual dealers. Group Managers: see the KPI icons on the EVHC main menu.

Inputs: How well are we using the EVHC System?
