When pricing a job, either through “Edit prices” in the Customer Authorisation screen or “Add prices” in the Parts Pricing screen, the system will now automatically calculate a VAT inclusive fitted price from the values input in the parts and labour boxes. Parts and labour values should therefore be input exclusive of VAT and the fitted price can then be quoted to customers as a VAT inclusive price.
